Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
How to start a return
Email support with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping
Return shipping is covered by us for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Warranty
Every pair carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Accidental damage, misuse and normal cosmetic wear are not covered. Warranty claims are repaired or replaced at our discretion.
