Shipping policy
Every Phantom order ships free, fully tracked, in protective packaging.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Domestic: 3–7 business days. International: 7–14 business days. Estimates start from dispatch, not order time.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can also use the order tracking section on the homepage.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the order total and are the recipient's responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact support and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
